2024 Dance Gallery Recital Video Order Form

This year we will be offering 3 options to watch & save the recital video:
- Full length performance via digital download
- Full length performance via DVD
- Individual dances via digital download (all performances broken up to individual files)
The digital downloads will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of the performance. The DVDs will be available to pick up at The Dance Gallery around the first of August.
In order to place your order, please fill out the following form. Will we be accepting payments via Venmo or a mailed check. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We will confirm payment matches the answers in this form.
